Return Policy
If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items that have been washed, worn, or otherwise altered in any way cannot be returned. Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Fees for shipping and handling are non-refundable. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your bank’s restrictions, you will receive the refund within a specific number of days.
